FAQ's
Why 100 points of ID?
We need to positively identify you, and by you providing 100 points of ID, we can safely do that. This helps prevents someone taking a loan out on your behalf (identity fraud) and helps our staff comply with government requirements. We require a Medicare card as part of the 100 points of ID to confirm you are an Australian resident. We need photo ID so we can make sure the ID you’re providing belongs to you and we need something with your address on it to confirm where you live.
How much can I borrow?
This is a very individual question and depends on what you need the money for and what level of disposable income you have. We need to take into consideration all of your income and expenditure and your ability to repay the loan in order to determine how much you can borrow. If we cannot lend the full amount we will let you know what you are eligible to borrow and you can determine if this suits your particular situation. We do fast cash loans between $100 - $5000. There are special circumstances where we will look at greater amounts where customers can afford the repayments.
Can I still apply if I’ve been bankrupt or have bad credit?
Yes you can. As lenders, we look at your current financial situation and capacity to repay. We will probably ask a few questions about your bankruptcy or bad credit history because we wouldn’t be responsible lenders if we didn’t. We do understand that sometimes circumstances outside your control mean that things can become difficult financially and may result in having to declare bankruptcy or defaults being listed on your credit file.
